Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing build.one digital properties, registering for events, or requesting demos, you accept these Terms of Use as well as any additional agreements provided in the onboarding process. The German-language version prevails in the event of translation inconsistencies. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.

2. Permitted Use

• Marketing content, collateral, and demo assets may be used internally for evaluation but may not be redistributed or modified without written consent.
• Automated scraping, credential sharing, reverse engineering of demo systems, or competitive benchmarking beyond fair use is prohibited.
• All intellectual property, including logos, product descriptors, and blueprint examples, remains the property of Build.One or respective licensors.

3. Liability & Warranty

Build.One provides website content and demo environments on an "as is" basis. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness. Liability for material or immaterial damages arising from use or non-use of the information provided is excluded unless caused by wilful intent or gross negligence.

4. Termination & Suspension

Build.One may suspend demo access or remove content at any time—particularly in case of misuse, violation of law, or non-compliance with these terms. Users may discontinue use at any time; residual contractual obligations from separate agreements remain unaffected.

5. Governing Law & Venue

German law governs these Terms of Use. Exclusive venue is Stuttgart, Germany, provided statutory jurisdiction rules do not mandate otherwise. Mandatory consumer protection regulations remain unaffected.
